Welcome to AppleDoc, a leading electronic device repair company based in India. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our repair services. By availing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before submitting your device for repair.

a. AppleDoc provides professional repair services for electronic devices, including but not limited to screen repairs, battery replacements, software troubleshooting, and hardware repairs.

b. AppleDoc specializes in repairing electronic devices such as iPhone, MacBook, iPad, iWatch, laptop, desktop, and tablet. We provide repair services for devices manufactured by Apple, OnePlus, and Samsung. Our services are available within the geographical boundaries of India.

a. Device Assessment:  Upon receiving your device, AppleDoc will conduct a thorough assessment to identify the issues and determine the necessary repairs.

b. Repair Authorization:  You authorize AppleDoc to perform the required repairs upon accepting the cost estimate provided by our team.

c. Data Backup:  It is your responsibility to back up all data before submitting your device for repair. AppleDoc is not liable for any data loss during the repair process.

d. Repair Timeframe:  While we strive to complete repairs in a timely manner, the actual repair timeframe may vary based on the complexity of the issue and the availability of required parts.

We take pride in the quality of our repairs. AppleDoc provides a limited warranty of 90 days on the repaired parts and workmanship. The warranty does not cover subsequent accidental damage, water damage, screen lining or any unauthorized repairs or modifications. Warranty claims must be submitted within the specified period and accompanied by the original repair invoice.

a. Provide accurate information about the device and its issues.

b. Back up your data before submitting your device for repair.

c. Remove any confidential or personal information from the device.

d. Cooperate with AppleDoc staff during the repair process.

Payment for the repair services is due upon completion. AppleDoc accepts various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and online transfers and our staff will provide you with the details. Failure to make timely payment may result in additional charges or delayed return of your device.

AppleDoc respects your privacy. We take measures to protect your data during the repair process, but we cannot be held responsible for data loss. It is your responsibility to back up your data before submitting your device for repair.

AppleDoc is not liable for any damage to devices that occurs during the repair process due to pre-existing conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved through negotiation or mediation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to the appropriate legal authorities.

These terms and conditions are governed by the Laws and Constitution of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

AppleDoc reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
